Climbingclan, living up to their name, have territory on the roofs. In fact, all their territory is on the roof, above Shadeclan and Formerclan. Though they don't always start out that way, Climbingclan usually has a lot of daring warriors, after so much jumping around so far up.

ReplyDelete(Ok Maeve Butler is Maplestar. I'm really not sure it has that name becuase that's not my cat's name, or my name....^^)

ReplyDelete(I changed my named, once again! :P) Maplestar gazed out into darkness. A cool breeze ruffled her fur. She looked down at Featherpaw, obviously bored, with nothing to do. "Featherpaw," She began. "Would you like to come hunting with me?" Maplestar asked. "It's awfully quiet around here, and I thought you might need to stretch your legs." Smiles, as she says it. Stands up, and begins jumping roof, to roof, until she reaches Featherpaw.
ReplyDeleteCinderwood padded into camp with a bird between her jaws."I wish birds were as big as Featherpaw!Look at you! "Cinderwood joked.
ReplyDeleteFeatherpaw leapt up grinning. "Yeah!" She looked at the bird. "Someday I'm going to get good at catching those."
ReplyDeleteMaplestar nodded. "Why don't you come hunting with us Cinderwood?" She asked. Flicking her tail, Maplestar kept from roof to roof until she reached a more grassy area.
ReplyDeleteTigerfoot pads in with her annoying bell ringing as she walks up to the other cats. " Hi, I'm Tigerfoot. Nice to meet you!
ReplyDeleteNarrows her eyes at the sound of her bell. Getting annoyed, she rips off the string and the bell falls and jingles its last jingle. Her plastic diamond studded collar shines in the moonlight. She tries to pull the collar off, but it wouldn't even get loose. She sighs. " Stupid collar!"
ReplyDelete" I would like to join Climbingclan please! If so, I will give you a token of my gratitude." She drops a plump pigeon in front of them. " Dinner," She looks at Maplestar. " Are you leader?"
ReplyDeleteFeatherpaw turned wide eyes at the pigeon. Then she looked up at Tigerfoot. "You want to join?"
ReplyDeleteShe mewed, " Yes! With all my heart!" Eyes turn wide with joy.

ReplyDelete" Tigerfoot, I used to be a kitty-pet, but not any more," Tigerfoot climbs the building that Maplestar is on and catches another pigeon and drops it at Maplestar's paws. " that's why I want to join, I'm an great climber, not that I want to brag"
ReplyDeleteFeatherpaw's eyes lit up at the mention of being a good climber. She didn't have a mentor yet, but if it was Tigerfoot, maybe she'd learn to be better at it.
ReplyDelete"Maplestar are you going to let her join?" Featherpaw asked. "And am I going to get a mentor soon?"
Maplestar nodded her head in a thanks to Tigerfoot, particularly for the pigeon she had caught. "Yes, you may join. We are always welcome to new warriors." Maplestar gave Tigerfoot a friendly smile, then turned back to Featherpaw. "Tigerfoot will be your mentor." She smiled at the cats then leaped up on the high-rock without a word of explanation.

Cinderwood looked at Featherpaw and gave her an encouraging smile,then turned to Tigerfoot. "Welcome to the clan!"
ReplyDelete(Haha, it's Maplestar, but I am logged in a different way.) "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, meet me under the High-rock, for a clan meeting!" Maplestar shouted out. She sat on the flat surface of the High-rock, curling her tail neatly around her paws. Maplestar looked down on the clan and waited for everyone to gather and quiet down. "Well, as most of you know, a new warrior has joined the clan," She began. As she continued, she flciked her gaze among the cats and stopped at Tigerfoot, smiling. "Tigerfoot, will you please step forward?"

ReplyDeleteFeatherpaw wiggled in excitment. "This is going to be great. I can hardly wait to start training." She thought about that for a little longer, then frowned. She waited for Maplestar to continue.

ReplyDelete(Is anyone on...?) Dawnpaw, being a new apprentice, struggled to climb onto the flat cement rooftop of an apartment. She shivered; It was quite cold up there. The cream tabby she-cat sat gasped, realizing a clan meeting was going on. "Mouse-dung!" She hissed quietly as she placed a pigeon onto the sort-of wimpy-looking fresh-kill pile. Dawnpaw sat near the other cats and waved her tail in greeting before looking up to Maplestar and Tigerfoot on the high-rock. (Okay, I have a few questions that I doubt will be answered. One, why is there a high-rock and not a higher rooftop or something? It doesn't make sense that a big rock would be on a rooftop... Or is the camp on the ground?! *le gasp* *falls dramatically from a five-story apartment building roof and is okay*)
