(Well, I think maybe they should stick to the normal way cats talk in warriors, but either way is fine.) Holloweyes looked up when Aspenstar spoke. He smiled, hoping it didn't look fake, he was hungry. "Alright. Works for me."
(Omw Oakstar is a teensy bit crazy!)As Holloweyes came in she immediatly onto her rooftop which served as her den."Oh.Hi Holloweyes!"she said acting as if she'd been there all day.
Holloweyes narrowed his eyes in suspicion, Oakstar was acting odd. But he quickly brought his eyes back to normal. "Yes. I've got a pigeon." He flicked his tail towards the pigeon he'd caught.
Holloweyes kept his netrual expressoin. He was good at netrual, his warrior name hadn't come from no where. "Anything else I should do?" Holloweyes asked. "Check the borders?"
Holloweyes wandered into camp mumbling something to himself. He was supposed to have gotten food, but he hadn't had much like with that.
ReplyDelete(Because we're in the city, is it okay to use normal words for Twoleg things, or would you prefer that we stick with the twoleg names??)
ReplyDeleteAspenstar yawned, then sleepily stood up. She exited the cardboard box that she'd napped in and followed a wide, brighter alley. The warm, orange morning sunlight streamed through the mesh barb wired fence.
She crept past the more human populated road; the people sat outside of café's drinking coffee and eating breakfast as fat, slow pigeons waddled around the tables. Aspenstar watched the dull birds hungrily, and thought of a way to trap them without the humans seeing.
She hurried back to camp, not surprised to see that not many lingered there. Only Holloweyes was there, who had apparently just entered.
"Hey Holloweyes, I just had an idea to catch some of the pigeons. Maybe if we find some human food, we can lure them into a place the people can't see, and then catch a bunch at one time. What do you think?"

ReplyDeleteHolloweyes stepped into camp with a pigeon. He could hear Oakstar nearby but didn't bother to look.

ReplyDeleteHolloweyes tried not to jump as Oakstar spoke. Since he hadn't been looking, she'd taken him by surprise. "Hello Oakstar. . ." He said.
ReplyDeleteOakstar twitched and smiled again."Do you...I mean DId you find anything hunting?"
ReplyDeleteHolloweyes narrowed his eyes in suspicion, Oakstar was acting odd. But he quickly brought his eyes back to normal. "Yes. I've got a pigeon." He flicked his tail towards the pigeon he'd caught.

"No,I can do that."She said."Mind looking after the clan while I'm gone?"She asked, leaping off her rooftop.
ReplyDeleteHolloweyes grinned. "Of course." He said. He stopped speaking at that point, despite looking foward to keeping watch on the clan.
